All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the date the item was delivered with a photo of the damaged item to thejewelrysanctuary@gmail.com.
The inquiry will be reviewed and upon approval the customer will be issued a replacement if in stock or store credit. No refunds
